Your agreement with us

You accept these terms and conditions by accessing or using any part of this site after the first time you visit a page providing a link to them. You then confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions (as varied from time to time) each time you access any part of this site.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and the Victorian Offroad Championships ("Victorian Offroad Championships", "our", "we" or "us") governing your use of this site. You are welcome to print a copy for your records.

If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you will need to exit this site immediately.

A reference to "these terms and conditions" also includes all other instructions, terms or conditions concerning the use of this site or any part of it.

A reference to "this site" means the web site at https://www.mvorconline.com.au

Online Entry into the Victorian Offroad Championships

You may use this site to enter the Victorian Offroad Championships, and to view information relating to the Victorian Offroad Championships. You may not use this site to view, access, or modify any information relating to anyone other then yourself, except for

  • Viewing publicly availiable information on the Scores and Rider List pages; and/or
  • Viewing and/or modifying information relating to a person under the age of 18, but only if you are the parent or adult gaurdian of that person.

Where the site requests you to enter information, you agree to enter compleate and accurate information. If you fail to enter compleate and accurate information, you indemnify us against any consequences of your error and/or ommission.

When entering online, you are responsible for confirming that your entries are correct. If you make an entry, you are liable to pay any required fees for that entry, unless you withdraw your entry using the online system, or are otherwise excused by us. If you enter after the closing date for an entry, you ate also liable to pay a late fee, on top of the standard entry fee.

Your entry may be refused if

  • You provide wrong, misleading or incompleate information; and/or
  • Your entey in incorrect; and/or
  • You you fail to enter by the closing date;

If you decide to withdraw from an entry, you must do so using the online system. Untill you withdraw your entry, you remain liable for any fees associated with that entry, and are expected to participate in the event(s) that you are entered into. If you withdraw after the closing date for entries, we may charge you a late fee. When withdrawing, you are responsible for confirming that you are withdrawn from the entrie(s). If you have allready paid for your entry by the time we withdraw, we will, at our discretion, either refund your entry fee (either electronically, or else by payment of cash or cheque to you, also at our discretion), or else credit that amount to another entry that you have which you have not yet paid for.

If the period for accepting late entries has passed, you may not be able to enter or withdraw using the online system. In this case, contact us to ask for assistance.

The entry data in the online system is final, any error by the user or failure of the users equiptment does not make us responsable or liable to you for any error or inaccuracy in our system

Online Payment Using the Victorian Offroad Championships site

You may use our site at https://mvorconline.com.au to electronically pay any outstanding fees that you owe us. When using our electronic payment facility, you must only enter the credit card details of a credit card which you are authorised to use. By using the electronic payment facility, you authorise us to charge the payment amount to your credit card, and you also authorise us to provide such personal information about you as is necessary for the conduct of the transaction, including your name and credit card details, to the third party companies that we use to provide the online payment service.

You are responsible for confirming that the amount to be paid is correct, and that you are paying for the entries that you intend to, and that upon compleation of the electronic payment, that the the payment has been processed correctly.

Use of this site

You may use and copy the information on this site for personal reference only. You agree that you will not use it for any purposes that are commercial, unlawful or may prejudice the reputation or interests of Victorian Offroad Championships. "Unlawful" use includes activities such as fraud, the posting of defamatory or offensive material, infringement of the rights of others and failure to comply with any legislation.

You must not hack into, change or otherwise interfere with the operation of this site or any information contained within it. This includes knowingly transmitting a virus or other damaging item to this site.

You must not provide a link to this site without our prior written permission.

This website is provided "as is", so you use it entirely at your own risk. We try to ensure that all information contained on this site is correct at the time of inclusion and that the site is free of viruses and other operational problems. However, we cannot give any guarantees in this regard.

Our liability

Except to the extent required by law, you agree that the Victorian Offroad Championships, its related corporations and their directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, successors or assigns will not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims or expenses whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to, the use of this site or any site linked to it. This limitation applies to all direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other losses, damages, liabilities, claims or expenses you or others may suffer, including for loss of profits, business interruption or loss or corruption of data or information.

If your entry into the Victorian Offroad Championships via this site and is in breach of a condition or warranty which is implied by law and cannot be excluded, our liability (and that of the other persons listed above) is limited, to the maximum extent possible, to one of the following at our option:

  • entering you into a future round; or
  • a refund of the entry fee paid.

Applicable law

This site is designed for use by Australian residents. Your use of this site is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes arising from your use of this site are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia (including the Federal Court of Australia, Victoria Registry).

This site may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas. Without limiting any of the above terms and conditions, we make no representations that the content of this site complies with the laws, including intellectual property laws, of any country outside Australia. If you access this site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in each place where you access the site or where anything you publish or upload can be accessed.Variations to terms and conditions

These are the current terms and conditions. We may at any time vary these terms and conditions by posting the varied terms and conditions on this site. You agree that this provides you with sufficient notice of the variation. If any variations are made that will adversely affect you, we will try to give you as much prior notice as possible. However, all variations are effective from the time of posting unless stated otherwise.

Refund Policy

There is no Refund with the Vic offroad Championship, if you have paid for a round and cannot attend you may apply to have your entry fee moved to the next round but it is at the decrission of the Victorian Enduro Committee that the fee be transfered.
